Lemony Blackberry
Fresh blackberry jam, lemon curd buttercream and lemon buttercake with a touch of blackberry brandy.Frosted with lemon buttercream.
Mocha

Hazelnut Crunch
Toasted hazelnut cake with hazelnut praline buttercream, apricot puree and Frangelico Frosted with Frangelico buttercream.

Walnut whipped cream cake, filled with brandy-butter, apricot preserves and frosted with dark or white chocolate buttercream.
Tahitian
